This is an entry for :iconmew-ninjin: contest!

She provided the line art and I coloured it.
I started with the wings then the hair, dress, skin then the background. The original idea was that she was blowing something but Ive made it that she is talking to a ladybug :)

This is the fist time Ive ever done this, I hope you like it :)

Colouring the wings took me the shortest time :P
Her dress kinda has the same pattern on it but you can hardly see that

Some people hold contests and there is usually prizes like custom art etc.

In this contest the picture was back and white and we had to colour and put in a background

cool! but it seems ur using some kind of program to colour it isn't it?...and its seems fun! so how do I enter in the contests?

Yes I use a program called Macromedia Fireworks 8.
Just enter contests by finding people holding them.
